Special Services Update

Trinidad Christian Center hosted 5 tremendous life changing services with Rev. John D. Couch from May 22nd to May 25th 2008. Many souls came to the Lord and many were refreshed and restored to wholeness. We also hosted a service with Revivalist Paul Wetzel of Pensecola, Florida on Sunday, June 1st, 2008. The Spirit of God was poured out in a special way in this service and continues to build.

Ministry Thrust
At present our Ministry thrust is to ‘Reap the Harvest”. Jesus said in John 4:34-35, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent me and to finish His work. Do you not say, ‘Four months more and then the harvest?’ I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest” [NIV].

Prayer
Prayer for the outpouring of the Spirit of God upon all flesh continues. We have been praying for the past 6 years for this mighty move of God and we believe that we are on the brink of break through.

You are encouraged to use the Prayer Room at your convenience to spend time in prayer for the ministry and the nation. The Prayer Room is open daily, 24 hours a day.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

(Corporate Prayer is on Mondays 6:30 - 8:00 P.M.)

Missions

Assist International, the missions arm of Trinidad Christian Center, acquired 75 acres of land in Nsanje, Malawi for agricultural development which has assisted with the desperate hunger faced by millions in the area. Recently, they acquired another 200 acres which, when cultivated, will feed thousands more.

According to a UNICEF article, there are somewhere between 800,000 and 1.2 million orphans in Malawi. Note that the population has an estimated total of 11 million.

Today, the people of Nsanje are all smiles as they wade through the lush fields of corn.

This is however an ongoing project and we are currently focusing on the next crop season. Please assist us in this venture. For full details,

Assist International treated at least one hundred (100) orphans in Nsanje. The children were given new clothes and shoes in addition to 25kg of maize each.

We extend a heartfelt thanks to all who contributed to this effort.
